A note about file
formats: PDF
opens a static tutorial in Acrobat Reader. If these
files will not open for you, you may need to
download and install the free Acrobat Reader plugin,
which you can find here.
RTF
stands for Rich Text Format. It is a universal
format that will open in virtually any type of word
processing program.
DOC opens a document in Microsoft Word.
If you do not have Word, you can
download a free Word Viewer.
PPT opens a presentation in
PowerPoint. If you do not have Microsoft
PowerPoint, you can
