Sometimes, Works Cited entries look so different that there
seems to be no common underlying logic. Just look at these two different entries:
One begins without the author's title; one begins with authors' names. One gives a day of the year; the other, only a year. One has a publisher; the other doesn't. What could they possibly have in common?
